A significant number of individuals dealing with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD) struggle to consistently use their inhaled medication. Addressing this challenge involves establishing a means for patients to monitor their medication usage and share this data with their healthcare providers. Such a solution promises more effective symptom management and enhanced patient care.
The Hailie™ Platform
The FDA-cleared Hailie™ Sensor attaches to inhalers, monitoring medication use. Paired with a mobile app, it offers patients usage insights and reminders. A web portal allows healthcare professionals to track patient adherence for improved care.
Brand Assets and Elements
Utilizing the company's brand identity, design patterns were developed for digital interactions. These patterns ensure consistency across digital platforms, enhancing user engagement by reinforcing the brand's online presence.
Creating an Memorable Introduction
The Hailie™ direct-to-consumer e-commerce website is purposefully designed to educate visitors and convert them into potential customers. It serves as a gateway for sharing information and engaging users, with the goal of sparking their interest and turning them into leads.
Direct-to-Consumer Model: Simplifying Access
The direct-to-consumer approach removes the need for prescriptions or doctor visits. Patients get sensors hassle-free via the website's simple checkout. The free mobile app allows easy medication tracking. Partnerships with top inhaler medication firms ease web portal integration for healthcare providers.
Product Guides and Value Communication
The Hailie™ Sensor is user-friendly and easy to set up. To showcase this, we included a detailed how-to guide on the website. We reinforced the product's credibility with clinical studies, vital for building trust and converting customers.
Mapping the Customer Journey
The product was marketed directly to consumers through various digital channels. Crucially, we mapped out the pre-purchase journey to comprehensively understand the overall customer experience.
Design Kit
A simplified UI kit based on the brand and product design language was created for the e-commerce website, serving as a foundational guide for a cohesive and streamlined visual experience.
Responsive Design
The website was thoughtfully crafted with responsiveness in mind. This was key to optimizing conversions by facilitating easy access and prioritizing the checkout process. Ensuring smooth performance across devices, we aimed to create a user-friendly experience that drives conversions.
